Als „INLINEHOCKEY“ bzw. Skaterhockey bezeichnet man Hockey auf Inline-Skates oder Rollschuhen. Es wird mit einem Ball (und nicht mit Puck) ganzjährig als Leistungssport gespielt. Durch den Wegfall einer Abseitsregel, der Zulassung von begrenztem Körpereinsatz und der Athletik und Können der Spieler stellt Inline-Skaterhockey eine sehr interessante Mannschaftssportart mit Technik , Action und torreichen Spielen dar.

Im Inline-Skaterhockey gibt es in Deutschland 250 angemeldete Vereine mit 450 Mannschaften und knapp über 6.000 gemeldeten Aktiven. Die Organisation erfolgt durch die Sportkommission Inline-Skaterhockey des DRIV, die sich Inline-Skaterhockey Deutschland (ISHD) nennt.

Inlinehockey ist eine schnelle und attraktive Sportart, die ihren Ursprung im Eishockey hat und sich zunehmender Beliebtheit erfreut. Es wird  ganzjährig in einer Turnhalle gespielt. Durch die Geschwindigkeit der Skates und die Zulassung von begrenztem Körpereinsatz stellt Inlinehockey eine sehr interessante Mannschaftssportart mit viel Spaß und Action dar. Also genau die richtige Sportart für alle die sicher auf Inlineskates fahren und eine kämpferische Herausforderung suchen. Über neue Mitspieler – egal ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittene – freuen wir uns immer.
